Clinical Judgment Utilize policies, procedures, guidelines, and reliable methods to make clinical practice decisions. Independently develop, implement, evaluate, and modify clinical practice matching formal knowledge with critical thinking and nursing skills. Collect and interpret complex patient data with clinical events to make clinical decisions to meet individual patient and family needs. Position Requirements ASN required Active Florida or multi-state RN license, required National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred) Minimum of three years 3 years critical care experience, i.e. ED, ICU, NICU, CICU required ACLS and Pediatric Fundamental of Critical Care Support required within 1 year of hire TNCC, ENPC or higher course Advance Trauma for Nurse (ATCN) preferred Air Medical Crew Core Curriculum Course (AMCC) within orientation STABLE within first 6 months of hire NICU RN experience required - must have minimum 2000 hours Following courses must be completed prior to employment start date Valid American Heart Association BLS; must be valid for 90 days post start date.
