FLOOR MANAGER | BEACH CLUB

Role Description The FLOOR MANAGER | BEACH CLUB at MARHABA RECLUTAMIENTO is a full-time, on-site role based in DOHA, QATAR. This position is responsible for overseeing daily beach club operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards across all guest areas. The Floor Manager coordinates staff schedules, supervises front-of-house teams, and supports service delivery during peak hours. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and concerns, supporting event or special service setups, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with management on process improvements, guiding staff performance, and reinforcing brand and service policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with guests, coordinating with teams, and reporting to management.
• Experience in Operations Management, including floor supervision, shift coordination, and basic resource planning.
• Ability to provide Training, coaching, and guidance to team members to support performance and service standards.
• Previous experience in hospitality, beach club, resort, or restaurant environments in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting while maintaining composure and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an advantage.
