Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a
Food & Beverage Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
A dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professional with previous supervisory experience and strong conflict resolution and communication skills to lead our team. This role will see you leading by example, motivating and developing staff, while assisting in daily operations and maintaining the outlet.
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.
Key Duties
- Supervise employees in line with roster hours and standard operating procedures
- Ensure that business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standards
- Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
- Oversee budgeting and daily cost control to ensure costs are minimised
- Maintain outlet presentation, operating equipment and stock to expected company standards
Previous experience working as a Team leader or Supervisor in a bar environment is highly regarded
