Choosion is a marketplace that helps companies discover, evaluate, and purchase software while unlocking discounts negotiated on their behalf. At the same time, we're building a suite of AI-powered sales and GTM tools that help software vendors reach the right buyers more efficiently.

Our vision is to make buying and selling software dramatically easier for both sides of the market.

We're an early-stage startup with pilot customers already using our product, and we're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help us build the company from the ground up.

The Role

As one of our first engineers, you'll work directly with the founders to shape both the product and the engineering culture. You'll build core marketplace functionality, AI-powered sales tools, customer-facing features, internal systems, and everything in between.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll have significant influence over product decisions, architecture, and technical direction.

What You'll Do

• Design and build core marketplace features from concept to production.
• Build AI-powered sales and GTM products for software vendors.
• Ship full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Work directly with pilot customers to rapidly iterate on product feedback.
• Help define engineering standards, architecture, and development processes.
• Optimize product performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy and roadmap.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to take ownership.
