Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + meaningful equity

Contract: Permanent

Working model: 5 days in-person, NYC (relocation support available)

Visa: Open to transfers for exceptional candidates not new visas

Required: B2B marketing (3-5 yrs), startup experience, brand + demand gen ownership (Non-Negotiable)

Role Overview

A well-funded, seed-stage healthcare AI company is hiring its first marketing person, and it's a true founding role. They're building AI that takes the operational load off healthcare teams so they can focus on patient care, and they're growing fast.

You'll own marketing from zero. Brand, narrative, demand gen, ABM, product marketing, events, the lot. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders daily, shape how the company shows up to the market, and build the team after the next raise. Clear path to VP Marketing.

This is for a builder, not a manager waiting on a playbook.

What you'll be doing

• Own and build the brand narrative and public identity from scratch, with the founders
• Set and run the inbound strategy and pick the right channels to reach the right buyers
• Run ABM campaigns into target accounts alongside the BD team
• Manage content and vendor relationships to ship assets, social, and collateral
• Own event and conference logistics across a busy schedule, and find new opportunities
