About the Role This is the founding design seat at an early-stage agentic integration platform, where AI agents handle the full lifecycle of enterprise integrations — from requirements gathering to deployment and production monitoring. You'll own design end-to-end across the product and brand, reporting directly to the CPO, and set the design language every future hire builds on. What You'll Do Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build integrations together. Design the platform UX covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs — think developer-cloud tools like Vercel or Railway. Implement and ship production frontend code yourself in React and TypeScript — no handoffs. Establish the design language and UX patterns that the entire team will build on going forward. Own the brand end-to-end alongside your product design responsibilities. What We're Looking For 1–5 years of product design experience, ideally with a portfolio that shows the gap between fine and excellent. Hands-on proficiency in React and TypeScript — you ship to production, not just to Figma. Experience working with Figma and Tailwind CSS. Background designing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or complex technical UX (e.g. agentic or AI-driven interfaces). Comfort operating autonomously in an early-stage environment where you define the process as much as follow one. Strong taste and design judgment — you can articulate why something works, not just make it look good. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in San Francisco, CA, United States.
