About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the core platform powering millions of AI-driven voice conversations.

You'll work across the entire technology stack, building scalable backend systems, intuitive frontend experiences, and production infrastructure. Using technologies like React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, you'll collaborate directly with the founding team to create customer-facing products including dashboards, analytics platforms, prompt orchestration systems, and telephony integrations.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, rapid product iteration, and direct customer collaboration. You'll help define the technical foundation of a category-leading AI platform transforming global communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build core product features including prompt orchestration, customer dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
• Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and implement robust APIs and backend services.
• Lead projects from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Build intuitive user interfaces that enable customers to deploy AI voice agents quickly.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support customer onboarding by troubleshooting issues and translating feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to define product direction.
• Contribute to DevOps workflows, deployment automation, and production infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with:
• React
• TypeScript
• Node.js
• Python
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend system design.
• Experience working with modern development workflows and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or early-stage company experience.
• Experience building AI-powered or SaaS products.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with telephony, communications platforms, or voice technologies.

Work Location

San Carlos, California (Onsite)

• Full-time position
• Approximately 70 hours/week50 hours/week onsite (flexible hours)
• 20 hours/week remote
