Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do In This Role
In this role, you’d support budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Ramsey Trusted business unit, with a focus on Investing and Tax. You’d help drive forecast conversations, update financial models, and provide timely reporting that helps leaders understand revenue, expenses, profitability and business trends. You’d also partner with teams to evaluate business opportunities through scenario analysis, pro formas and ROI calculations. Plus, you’d stay close to the marketplace so the team can make smart decisions based on what’s happening now and what’s coming next.
You’re Probably a Match If
- You have 2+ years of FP&A experience
- You’ve helped with budgeting and forecasting for both revenue and expenses
- You know how to turn financial data into a clear, helpful story for leaders.
- You’re comfortable building, updating and improving budget models and reports.
- You’ve created scenario analyses, pro formas or ROI calculations to support business decisions.
- You can dig into profitability trends and understand what’s driving performance across revenue lines.
- You’re curious about the marketplace and can identify the factors that matter most to the business.

- Budgeting and forecasting conversations are clear, timely and helpful for business unit leaders.
- Revenue and expense reporting is accurate, consistent and supports confident decision-making.
- Budget models are regularly evaluated and improved for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mid-month and month-end reporting helps tell a clear and trusted story to BU leaders and the CFO.
- Teams are choosing the right business opportunities using data-supported projections and accurate ROI calculations.
- Marketplace reporting keeps the team informed on key trends, risks and opportunities that could impact the business.
