Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to effectively relay relevant information to clients. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and standard computer applications.
