Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of service and improve client experiences. Identify areas for service improvement and actively contribute to discussions on how to enhance customer support. Stay updated on product information to provide relevant details to clients. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
