Handle inquiries related to accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and attentiveness. Engage proactively with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve service quality. Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits to encourage ongoing customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues. Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend enhancements in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for future reference. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to diverse customer needs. Flexibility to work hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
