We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this on-site role, you will provide excellent customer support, assist with enquiries, and use your communication and sales skills to help customers find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in French and English.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and recommend additional services to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent conflict-resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
