Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement. Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail field. Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
