Monitor community interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere and effectively address any user concerns or disputes. Engage with the gaming community by sharing informative content and updates. Gather and document player feedback to communicate insights to the development team for ongoing improvements. Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and releases to offer knowledgeable support. Collaborate with other support agents to share knowledge and enhance service quality. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. A strong passion for gaming with knowledge of popular games and platforms. Previous experience in customer support or community management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize with gamers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support. Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and positively contribute to the gaming community.
