Responsibilities Engage with French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone to assist with their online shopping inquiries. Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Effectively manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges. Listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Keep up to date with products, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information. Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce industry. Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of online shopping behaviors. Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and efficient support. Familiarity with customer service platforms and e-commerce software. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
