This position is well-suited for individuals who are customer-focused and fluent in French, dedicated to providing top-notch support to our partners. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding support to French-speaking partners across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries and efficiently resolve service-related issues for partners. Educate partners on product features and offerings, helping them optimize their use of our services. Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop suitable solutions. Engage in regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and effective resolution of their concerns. Keep informed about product updates, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services. Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Experience with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
