As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will play a vital role in client support, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries from French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner. Troubleshoot basic technical problems and deliver effective solutions or escalate issues as needed. Communicate clearly and accurately about our products, services, and company policies. Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously within the support management system. Assist customers in understanding product features and provide practical tips to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company offerings, industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support. Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage. Detail-oriented and proficient at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service and a genuine desire to assist clients.
