Department Overview The Exacom Logging Recorder team is responsible for Motorola Solutions’ cloud-native logging platforms, real-time voice and radio recording engines, and AI-assisted analytics software leveraged in public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure applications worldwide. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components Consume RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions Optimize application performance and usability Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices Basic Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; equivalent experience considered Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Experience developing applications using React Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Experience integrating REST APIs Experience working with Git-based workflows Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Experience with component libraries and state management solutions Familiarity with automated UI testing Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications Knowledge of cloud-hosted applications Familiarity with multimedia streaming or visualization In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
