Full-Stack Software Engineer ($215K–$290K + Equity) AI Voice Automation Platform

This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI voice automation platform startup building scalable systems for AI-driven conversations.

We’re identifying a small number of exceptional full-stack software engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team.

Location: Redwood City, CA

Compensation: $215K–$290K base + extremely competitive equity

Founded in 2023, the company has grown rapidly, achieving significant traction and profitability without external funding pressure.

The team consists of around 52 members, and the company has secured $4.6M in funding. It is currently generating over $1M in monthly revenue through organic growth.

About the role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's voice automation platform. You will build scalable systems and intuitive interfaces that facilitate millions of AI-driven conversations. Working across the stack, you will use React, TypeScript, and Node.js to deliver fast, reliable solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the founding team, bridging backend architecture with frontend experiences to ensure seamless customer onboarding and impactful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop core features like prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
• Build scalable full-stack systems, from polished UIs to robust APIs and DevOps workflows.
• Lead projects from architecture to production, owning coding, deployment, and iteration.
• Create intuitive interfaces and APIs, enabling customers to activate in hours.
• Support customer onboarding, debug issues, and turn feedback into product enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in a full-stack engineering role.
• Proficiency with React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and AWS.
• Strong ability to lead projects from architecture to production.
• Experience in building scalable systems and intuitive user interfaces.
