We are actively hiring engineers who want to work hands-on at the frontier ofagentic AI. You will design and build core components of our platform: fromPython-based backends and ML pipelines to React frontends and systemintegrations. You will collaborate with product, design and research colleaguesto turn prototypes into enterprise-grade applications. You will operate at the intersection of research and product: experimenting withLLMs and agent frameworks, implementing scalable systems and ensuringsolutions meet the performance, compliance and governance needs of globalenterprise customers. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, high-caliberteam, working end-to-end on problems that combine cutting-edge AI with real-world business impact. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineeringor a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong proficiency in Python with experience building APIs, SDKs andbackend services Proficiency in React/TypeScript, comfortable building and maintainingfront-end applications and working with agentic coding tools Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks is desirable (e.g. Pydandtic AI,LangGraph) and willingness to deepen skills quickly Ability to develop Agents using context engineering (prompts, skills etc) Strong approach to systems thinking; understanding and appreciation ofholistic system behaviour and characteristics. Ability to explain designchoices and rationale in the context of the system and product goals.
