Full-Stack TypeScript / AWS Serverless Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and AWS Serverless technologies to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• TypeScript & modern web application development
• Next.js + TypeScript for frontend development
• Node.js + TypeScript for backend development
• GraphQL
• AWS Serverless technologies, especially AWS Lambda
• AWS CDK
• DynamoDB
• Event-driven integration patterns: SQS, SNS & EventBridge
• Monitoring & observability with CloudWatch & OpenTelemetry

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and backend development
• Proven experience with Next.js and TypeScript (React experience alone does not qualify)
• Strong AWS experience, particularly with serverless architectures
• Experience with AWS CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge
• Solid understanding of GraphQL
• Experience with monitoring and observability using CloudWatch and/or OpenTelemetry
