Job Description / Duties

  • Providing a full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery services to patients in Windsor and the surrounding catchment area.
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities for the region (anticipated 1-in-4 to 1-in-5).
  • Collaborating effectively and respectfully with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care in all aspects of your practice.
  • Actively contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment within the division and the hospital.

Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Certification in Plastic Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
  • An independent practice license, or eligibility for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
  • A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent surgical skills and a dedication to continuous professional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
