About the Role

We are looking for energetic, professional, and customer-oriented Game Presenters / Dealers to

join our live casino studio in Romania. In this role, you will host live online casino games,

interact with international players in English, and deliver an engaging gaming experience while

ensuring full compliance with gaming procedures and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live online casino games (e.g. Blackjack, Roulette, Card Games) following

company procedures and training guidelines.

• Communicate professionally with players in English during live game sessions, including

opening and closing betting rounds, presenting game results, and responding to game-

related questions.

• Conduct game rounds accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism and

customer service.

• Monitor gaming equipment and report any technical issues or irregularities to the

Supervisor or Technical Team.

• Follow instructions from the Service Manager during live operations.

• Collect and escalate player feedback when required.

• Participate in promotional events and special gaming sessions.

• Handle gaming equipment (cards, chips, etc.) according to internal control procedures.

• Attend all required training, performance reviews, assessments, and coaching sessions.

• Maintain full compliance with company policies, studio rules, integrity standards, and

operational procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Good spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.

• Strong customer service mindset and presentation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational procedures.

• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic technical awareness to identify and report equipment or system issues.

• Willing to participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations.

• High level of integrity and compliance with company policies.

• Must not participate in gambling activities involving company products.
