Overview Bassett Healthcare Network , in Central New York, is seeking a full-time Advanced Trained BC/BE Gastroenterologist. Salary Range: $520,000 - $600,000 Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000 Location: Cooperstown, NY Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established group of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice clinicians Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures and testing Advanced skills in ERCP and EUS preferable Educational focus – teach and mentor residents and medical students Call guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4 Instant Referral Base provided with over 500 Network Clinicians Strong interest in clinical G.I. and liver disease EMR-EPIC MD, DO or MBBS BC/BE Completion of an accredited USA Gastroenterology Fellowship New York State Licensure BLS Certification Required DEA Required Compensation Salary Range: $520,000 - $600,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Sign-On Bonus: up to $200,000 Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
