Role: Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient primary care services across multiple locations, focusing on patient diagnosis, treatment, and management. Offer comprehensive care in a clinic setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with valid licensure, board certification in family or internal medicine preferred. Excellent communication and patient management skills, and ability to work independently within a team.

Key Duties: Deliver outpatient care Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities. Participate in patient consultations, medical documentation, and follow-up care. Support community health initiatives as needed.
