- Telehealth and/or in-person based patient evaluations/intakes
- Medication management
- Collaborative care consultations (optional)

- $250,000 - $300,000 annually (based on experience, licensure, and state regulations). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
