What You’ll Do

• Practice with a high level of clinical autonomy while being supported by an experienced operational and clinical leadership team
• Deliver comprehensive patient care through thorough exams, personalized treatment planning, and relationship-driven dentistry
• Partner with a highly trained, collaborative clinical team focused on exceptional patient experiences and efficient workflows
• Build your patient base in a high-visibility, main street location with excellent community exposure, situated next to a prominent drive-through coffee destination that drives consistent daily traffic

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality
  
  

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
  
  

Compensation

Earn $250k+ annually!
