The General Management Graduate Leadership Development Program (GM GLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a General Manager. As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the GM GLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. Strategic Business Impact The GM GLDP is a three - year program set to occur between Ju ly 12 , 2027 – July 2030 . Participants will complete three, twelve-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions , dedicated Executive Mentorship , utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology , and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Critical capabilities for the GM GLDP include: Balancing Financial and Business Levers Commercial Acumen Product or Service Management End-to-End Operations Compensation Our GM GLDP offers a starting salary of $165,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Equity Grant, and Relocation Assistance . What We Look For Academic Background & Work Experience: MBA student completing their degree between December 202 6 – June 202 7 with an Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field of study. 3+ years (5+ preferred) work experience post-Undergraduate degree – ideally gained in large, forward-thinking, global organizations. Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industry required . 1+ years experience managing direct reports. Leadership Profile: Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems. Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities. Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $165,000.00–$175,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
