About the Role Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at a conference center in North Andover, MA. This leadership position is responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a people-focused operations leader with experience managing hospitality, conference center, contract services, facilities, fitness, transportation, grounds, or similar service operations . Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day conference center and service operations. Manage staffing, scheduling, resources, and operational priorities. Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop employees and supervisors. Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build strong professional relationships. Manage client expectations and resolve service issues effectively. Oversee budgets, forecasting, expenses, and resource allocation. Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to service quality, efficiency, and profitability. Manage contract-based operations and ensure service commitments are consistently met. Develop strategies that support business growth, client retention, and revenue objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operational performance. Support hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compensation review processes. Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Balance daily operational needs with long-term planning and business objectives. Required Qualifications Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience. 2–5 years of management experience. 2–5 years of related service or operations experience. Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Experience managing contract-based operations in hospitality, conference services, fitness, transportation, grounds, facilities, or a related industry. Experience with staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs. Strong client service and relationship-management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams toward measurable results. Preferred Qualifications Conference center, hospitality, hotel, or event operations experience. Experience managing client contracts and service-level expectations. Experience with operational budgets and financial performance. Experience leading cross-functional or multi-site teams. Background in facilities, hospitality, food service, transportation, fitness, or specialized contract services.
