General Manager – Customer Success Management – Office Based Dudelange, Luxembourg | Husky Technologies

Listgrove is recruiting on behalf of Husky Technologies for an executive leadership appointment within its Customer Success organisation.

This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for the Customer Success territory P&L, encompassing field service, spare parts, customer training, service contracts and upgrades.

The General Manager will lead the continued development and transformation of the service organisation, improving customer satisfaction, operational performance and profitability while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of territory P&L, revenue, margin and profitability
• Developing and executing the Customer Success and Services strategy
• Identifying new market and service opportunities to drive profitable growth
• Improving operational efficiency, service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Developing stronger processes around capacity planning, parts, inventory, warranty and service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Leading, developing and strengthening an international team
• Working closely with Sales and other functions to maximise account growth and profitability
• Creating a strong culture of continuous improvement and customer focus

We are looking for an accomplished international business leader with:

• 10+ years’ experience within a technical service environment
• Strong business management experience with full P&L responsibility
• A proven record of profitably growing and transforming a service-led business
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations/geographies
• Excellent customer relationship and commercial management skills
• Strong understanding of finance, operations, technology and business strategy
• An Engineering degree or equivalent; an MBA/business qualification would be advantageous
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
