What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated General Surgeon (Surgicalist) to join a team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join a well-established, collaborative general surgery practice with 4 other physicians providing the full spectrum inpatient only general surgery services. Access to advanced technology, including imaging and da Vinci Surgical System robotic platforms (Xi and DV5). Enjoy a predictable weekly schedule (7 on/7off rotation) with dedicated APC support for the operating room and inpatient care. Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency general surgery coverage, including hospital consultations, emergency department surgical care, and management of hospitalized surgical patients. Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery required. Provide comprehensive patient care across inpatient evaluating, diagnosing, and treating conditions; managing admissions, consultations, and referrals while participating in call coverage as needed. Support high-quality, cost-effective care by engaging in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to academic programs (education/research), and ensuring timely, accurate documentation including insurance requirements and appeals.
