Opportunities are available in both Little Rock, AR and Fayetteville, AR . Approximately 90% of the work is focused on geotechnical engineering, offering the chance to work on challenging and diverse projects while supporting junior engineers and helping shape the firm's continued growth. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates Responsibilities : Manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through completion. Review and seal geotechnical reports, engineering calculations, and construction recommendations. Perform engineering analyses related to foundations, settlement, bearing capacity, slope stability, retaining walls, pavements, and earthwork. Provide technical oversight of field investigations, laboratory testing, and construction materials testing activities. Review the work of staff engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship. Work directly with clients, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders. Prepare proposals, project budgets, and cost estimates while managing project schedules. Support business development through client relationships and networking. Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.
