German-speaking B2B Customer Success Specialist | Remote all over Bulgaria

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for a German-speaking B2B Customer Success Specialist based in Bulgaria.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international environment and support business customers using an innovative HR technology platform. You’ll guide customers through implementing digital HR solutions, advise them on platform features and processes, and help them get maximum value from the product.

Bulgaria

Fully remote

• Analyse new business customers’ requirements and understand their HR processes.
• Guide customers through product implementations via email, phone, and web demos.
• Advise customers on platform features and HR processes to ensure successful adoption.
• Validate, prepare, and support the import of customer data.
• Build strong B2B relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to customer training resources, including help-center articles and webinars.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate internal processes.
• Take ownership of customer cases and provide solution-oriented support.

• Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 6 months of experience in B2B software or contact centre environments, ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, implementation support, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Customer-first and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases.
• Confidence working with data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira is considered an advantage.
