Account Logging: Enter detailed records of all interactions into the CRM software. Service Metrics: Maintain team benchmarks centered on quality standards and CSAT scores. Qualifications & Skills Languages: Fluent German (B2 level or higher) and professional English proficiency. Education: Matric / Grade 12 high school qualification or equal standard. Availability: Ready to work variable rotational shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday schedules. System Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple browser windows and software platforms at once.
