Our Google Ads team in Barcelona is growing, and we're looking for German speakers to help businesses succeed in the digital world! If you love sales, client communication, and want to build a career in digital marketing while living in one of Europe's most vibrant cities, this is for you. What You'll Do Onboard new business clients to Google Ads and guide them through their first steps. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their marketing goals. Drive revenue growth by recommending smart digital advertising strategies. Manage your portfolio using CRM tools and reach individual KPIs. What We're Looking For C2 level German + fluent English. Experience: Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (2+ years preferred). Great communication skills and a target-driven mindset. Experience with CRM or PPC/Google Ads is a plus (but not mandatory—we train you!). What's in It for You?
