Teach English courses across different levels and design engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and support learners’ individual needs.
Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching materials.
Prepare, administer, and meticulously check tests and other assessments.
Participate actively in departmental activities, including meetings and academic events.
Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to initiatives that enhance the learning experience.
Carry out other academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu Cầu

PhD in English.
Strong teaching ability with a proven record of engaging and effective classroom practice.
Proficiency in educational technology and strong computer skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse student abilities and learning styles.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and reliability.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail in preparing, checking, and evaluating student work.
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level or in a similar academic setting.
Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
