About the Position

We have a unique opportunity for a Business Process Expert Logistics & Transportation Management (SAP TM). This position is with a globally operating market leader specializing in the development and production of systems and products for the construction and industrial sectors. With operations in over 100 countries and more than 33,000 colleagues worldwide, the organization is continuously investing in digital transformation, process harmonization, and SAP-driven innovation.

As part of ongoing SAP transformation initiatives across the EMEA region, we are looking for a business-minded SAP professional with strong expertise in Transportation Management. You will play a key role in bridging business requirements with SAP solutions while supporting large-scale implementations, and 200+ rollouts, and integration projects across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• SAP TM implementation and 200+ rollout projects across the globe.
• Manage project workstreams during SAP TM go-lives and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze logistics and transportation processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the SAP landscape.
• Manage interfaces and integrations between SAP TM and related systems.
• Act as the functional expert for transportation management processes and system improvements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, external consultants, and internal IT teams.
• Support end users and contribute to process standardization and governance.

Your Expertise

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with international SAP implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Additional Information

• 90% project-related work and 10% support activities.
• Visa sponsorship available.
• Hybrid working model with 1 onsite day per week in Utrecht.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 20% of the year.
