Global Operations Coordinator | Korean-English Bilingual

Position Overview The Global Operations Coordinator will be based at one of our global client operations in Santo Domingo and will support coordination among the client, local operations team, and CEF teams in Korea and the U.S. The operation includes VOC, Service Tracking/Management (STM), back-office and shared service functions, as well as contact center operations. The role will help monitor day-to-day operational activities and ensure that client requests, issues, and action items are properly communicated and followed through. The successful candidate will initially work closely with CEF's existing Program Management team and gradually take on broader responsibilities as he or she becomes familiar with the operation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day communication with the client and local operations team Follow up on operational matters across Shared Services, Back-office, and Contact Center functions Track client requests, issues, and action items Review key KPIs and operational data and support regular reporting Prepare meeting materials and operational reports Coordinate between the local operation and CEF teams in Korea and the U.S. Follow up with relevant stakeholders on operational issues Support basic process improvements and implementation of new operational initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Entry-level or approximately 1–3 years of relevant work experience Ability to conduct basic business meetings and communicate by email in English Willingness and ability to work overseas on a long-term basis Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Responsible, organized, and willing to learn new areas of work Preferred Qualifications Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, or Operations Support Experience working with multinational companies or overseas clients Experience in PMO, Operations Planning, Client Support, or International Sales Support Previous overseas work, study, or living experience Spanish language skills are a plus but not required Compensation & Overseas Assignment Support Compensation based on experience and qualifications Company-supported housing Transportation support Assignment and return airfare Medical insurance Work permit and residency visa support Other benefits in accordance with the company's international assignment policy Long-Term Career Opportunity Employees who demonstrate strong performance and successfully build their careers in the Dominican Republic may have opportunities to move into other CEF global operations or U.S.-based positions , with visa sponsorship support provided in accordance with company policy where applicable.
