Job Description Summary The Global Product Manager – Fixed X-Ray is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the Fixed X-Ray portfolio. This role will help drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Fixed X-Ray portfolio, working cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, service, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and external partners. The role will ensure successful delivery of new products and lifecycle priorities that drive profitable growth across the installed base and new product introductions and improved customer outcomes. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The Global Product Manager – Fixed X-Ray will drive roadmap strategy, detector roadmap alignment, and new product introduction execution across the Fixed X-Ray portfolio. This includes: Own the Fixed X-Ray product strategy and roadmap, including detector platforms, and drive workflow innovation, serviceability, and lifecycle priorities to improve long-term business growth. Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, clinical workflows, image quality objectives, competitive insights, and business goals. Lead cross-functional execution across the product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through commercialization, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management. Partner with engineering, commercial, marketing, service, and enterprise imaging teams to deliver differentiated products that integrate seamlessly into customer environments and support successful adoption. Collaborate with STO, detector, and advanced technology teams to translate innovation into enhanced clinical value, productivity, reliability, image quality, and total cost of ownership. Drive partnership strategies, roadmap prioritization, and investment decisions, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and financial return. Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and product performance to continuously improve the portfolio and inform future roadmap direction. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product marketing, product development, clinical, or related field Desired Characteristics Experience in healthcare imaging or medical device product management, with an understanding of customer needs, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments. Experience with new product introduction, lifecycle management, product requirements definition, and cross-functional launch execution Proven ability to define and execute product portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities across complex hardware and software programs Ability to translate voice of customer, market trends, competitive insights, and clinical workflow needs into actionable roadmap priorities Strong business acumen, including business case development, lifecycle value creation, pricing considerations, margin improvement, and installed-base growth Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills across technical, commercial, service, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders Ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment while managing roadmap tradeoffs across performance, cost, schedule, quality, and customer value We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
