These mature products remain critical to customers and operations as development progresses on the next-generation sensor and you will translate quality, regulatory, customer, service, supply, and operational needs into clear product priorities and coordinated execution that protects product performance, availability, compliance, and continuity. Your role: Own the sustaining lifecycle plan and prioritized backlog for MCT and Holter, balancing patient and customer impact, product risk, regulatory commitments, supply continuity, operational needs, cost, and business value. Lead product management activities for sustaining initiatives, including defining business and user needs, clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria, assessing impacts, and driving timely decisions through product lifecycle and change-control processes. Coordinate cross-functional execution of product changes, including component or supplier changes, obsolescence remediation, manufacturing and service process changes, labeling, packaging, and IFU updates, reliability improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Serve as the product management lead for customer, field, service, quality, and operational issues; assess business impact, establish priority, align stakeholders on containment and long-term resolution, and support clear communications. Partner with Quality and Regulatory on complaint trends, CAPA, risk management, post-market surveillance, audits, and regulatory documentation, ensuring product management inputs and decisions are complete, timely, and traceable. Monitor product health using relevant performance indicators, including complaints, returns, reliability, service burden, supply availability, cost, and customer feedback; identify trends and drive corrective or improvement actions. Support supply continuity, lifecycle transition, and end-of-life planning, including demand and inventory considerations, component availability, regional impacts, customer transition needs, and alignment with next-generation sensor plans. Provide product expertise to Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and regional teams; maintain current product documentation, roadmap and status, and stakeholder alignment, and escalate risks and trade-offs with clear recommendations. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product management, including responsibility for regulated hardware or medical devices, required.
