ROLE SUMMARY The Global Threat Analyst (Sr.) Associate plays a vital role within the Pfizer Resilience Center (PRC), responsible for producing strategic and tactical intelligence that supports enterprise security and resilience. This position involves collecting and analyzing threat intelligence across crime, geopolitical developments, and emerging hazards to deliver forward-looking assessments that inform risk mitigation and crisis response. The analyst applies advanced research methodologies and leverages technologies such as Everbridge to develop actionable insights for a wide range of internal stakeholders. In addition to core analytical responsibilities, the role includes mentoring junior team members, leading cross-functional initiatives to embed resiliency across the organization and participating in external intelligence-sharing forums to ensure alignment with industry best practices. The analyst operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and contributes directly to enhancing the company’s threat posture and strategic preparedness. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct all-source threat monitoring and analysis to support executive travel, events, and global operations. Identify and assess threats—including lone actors and international threat actors—using behavioral and intelligence methodologies. Produce high-volume intelligence products that inform C-suite briefings and security strategies. Monitor social media and open-source platforms to detect imminent threats and emerging trends. Leverage technologies such as Everbridge and internal databases forecast risks across geopolitical, environmental, and digital domains. Support crisis management activations with intelligence briefings and decision-making deliverables. Apply analytical techniques to support internal investigations and validate threat indicators. Author tactical and strategic assessments to guide Global Security recommendations. Mentor junior analysts and interns across multiple cohorts to build team capability. Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed resiliency and streamline crisis management SOPs. Participate in external intelligence-sharing forums to align with industry best practices. Provide on-call support during critical events and incidents. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, political science or business. · 2+ years of experience · 1+ year working as an intelligence analyst. · Proficient using records risk visualization platforms, structured databases and other analytical resources. · Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Work Location Assignment: On Premise The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
