REJ GLOP is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Private Palace in Saudi Arabia for an exceptional Gourmet Sandwich & Canapé Chef.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare premium hot and cold gourmet sandwiches to the highest international standards.

- Create luxury finger sandwiches, canapés, sliders, brioche sandwiches, croissants, wraps, bagels, paninis, and open-faced sandwiches.

- Develop innovative seasonal menus and signature creations.

- Ensure exceptional presentation, consistency, and food quality.

- Produce high-end catering and VIP events while maintaining luxury presentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels, royal households, VIP catering, fine dining restaurants, or executive lounges.

- Formal culinary training and strong expertise in European-style gourmet sandwiches and modern presentation techniques.

- Experience in canapé production and afternoon tea service is highly preferred.

- Professional portfolio (photos and/or videos of previous work) is required.
