Greek Restaurant Manager (Relocation to Koh Samui, Thailand) JB

A well-established Greek restaurant in Koh Samui, Thailand with approximately 100 seats is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and operate the restaurant.

This position requires relocation to Koh Samui, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Full operational management of the restaurant.

Leading and managing a large team of employees.

Improving operational efficiency and reducing costs, including:

Food and beverage costs

Labor costs

Breakage, purchasing, energy, and other operational expenses

Improving coordination and workflow between kitchen and service teams.

Responsibility for the restaurant’s financial operations and financial procedures in coordination with the CFO.

Requirements:

Fluent Greek speaker – mandatory (Greek nationals only).

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.

Proven experience managing large teams.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to manage operations, finances, and service standards.
