Kalgoorlie residential, home every night or FIFO from Perth Key Responsibilities: Deliver training and assessments for safe, efficient underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and safe working procedures. Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices. Provide practical training in ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems. Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a strong safety culture. Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records. Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters. Qualifications & Experience: Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence. Minimum 3 years’ experience in underground service crew roles Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential) Experience in safe and efficient underground service installations Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans.
