You own how Cosmos gets found, chosen and recommended. This is the full go-to-market role: content, search, AI answer engines, social and partnerships, all pulling in one direction. You turn attention into pipeline and hand it to sales ready to close.
What you’ll do
- Own how Cosmos is discovered across search, AI answer engines, social and partners.
- Run the content engine, from briefs and articles to comparison pages and LinkedIn, all in Cosmos’s voice.
- Grow organic and AI-search visibility as our main acquisition channel.
- Build and run the partner and referral programme across banks, payroll providers, investors and the wider ecosystem.
- Own nurture so leads become conversations and conversations become clients.
- Measure everything, double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
- Work closely with sales so demand turns into revenue.
What you’ll bring
- Four or more years in growth, demand generation or business-to-business marketing, with real ownership of pipeline.
- A builder who can do the work now and direct others as the team grows.
- Strength in content and search, and curiosity about how AI search is changing discovery.
- Comfort with data and attribution.
- A good ear for writing, and taste.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing a technical or regulated product.
- A partner or referral programme you built yourself.
- Knowledge of the UAE or wider regional market.
