Growth marketer for Tier 1 accounts, aka. Whale hunter [In Person, SF]

56% of the Tier 1 accounts we pursue end up scheduling a serious commercial meeting with us. We do this through obsessive research and creative angles, aimed at the right person. About Recall.ai We’re a team of 30, mid-8 figs ARR, with products that are used by thousands of companies, from early stage startups to enterprises like Hubspot, Rippling, Clickup etc. Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams. What You'll Do This role is the #1 lever we pull to drive revenue at Recall.ai and is about getting in front of our Tier 1 accounts. Each account is a $500K+ deal. Today, when we go after one of these accounts, we book a meeting 56% of the time. Here's how you’d do it too: Extremely deep research. You'll map an org of 1000s of people down to who actually makes the decision. Figure out everything about them, including their priorities and pain. For example: Reading everything that’s publicly available, or tracking down someone who left the company six months ago and networking to get inside intel on the org/person. Find all the ways in. The person is important, but so is the way that we get in contact with the person. Every relationship, network, and favor across this company is yours to pull. We prioritize effectiveness over cleverness. For example: cold emailing, warm intros, a dinner built around one person, a package sent to their actual home, an ad in their building's elevator, etc. Move every piece on the board. You’ll orchestrate every interaction behind the scenes. For example: Get the founders to ping an investor for a warm intro, get our execs to attend an event our prospect will be at, etc. We value depth over breadth. You'll work about 100 accounts a quarter. It’s normal to have never done this before.
