Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits (health & dental)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Working Model: Hybrid - 2 to 4 days p/w in office

Eligibility: US-based candidates - open to visa transfers for 100% match (OPT, H1B) - No new visas

Requirement: Proven social audience growth + paid ads + startup experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven track record scaling social media audiences to a substantial size (Instagram especially) through organic content and UGC
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta especially) with measurable results
• High taste in content and copy - you must have a portfolio or online presence that proves it
• Must have startup or scale-up experience - high agency, founder mentality, zero hand-holding needed
• Chronically online with a deep instinct for what makes content go viral
• Willing to work at startup pace and be in the office 2 to 4 days per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Grow the audience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through organic content and social campaigns (including DM automations that convert commenters into active users)
• Run end-to-end Meta and paid social campaigns to acquire new paying users
• Build and execute email campaigns to activate new users and re-engage past ones
• Manage a team of part-time video editors and graphic designers
• Design and run growth experiments - promos, referral mechanics, UGC campaigns, whatever moves the needle
