Poly Technician – Full Time (9-Day Fortnight)

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a skilled HDPE Technician to join our production team. This role is hands-on, involving polyethylene welding, fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering precision manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Butt & electrofusion welding of polyethylene pipelines (PMBWELD301E/302E).
• Plastic extrusion welding and fabrication.
• Operating machinery, assembling materials, and conducting inspections.
• Maintaining OHSE compliance (ISO45001:2018) and QA standards (ISO9001:2015).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Site work, including installation, measurement, and client interaction.

Requirements

• Welding certifications (butt/electrofusion).
• Forklift licence (LF) and valid driver’s licence.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel when required.
