Head of Creative Apply Job Description Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for a creative and commercially aware Head of Creative to lead visual design across multiple brands and markets. In this role, you will lead a team of 2 designers while remaining hands-on with digital marketing assets, brand visuals, campaign creatives, social media content, CRM assets and web graphics. You will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Content and Commercial teams to produce designs that support acquisition, retention, brand awareness and customer engagement. Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site Responsibilities: • Lead a small creative team of 2 designers, supporting priorities, quality and creative direction • Create high quality digital assets for marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, CRM and advertising channels • Design visuals for Sportsbook, Casino and corporate brands across multiple markets • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different audiences, languages and regions • Support the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, style guides and visual identity systems • Produce paid media creatives, banner sets, promotional visuals and campaign assets • Create design variations for A/B testing, performance marketing and campaign optimization • Work with Media Buyers, CRM, Content and Product teams to improve creative performance • Translate briefs and business needs into clear, commercial and visually effective designs • Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality, speed and attention to detail • Maintain organized design libraries, asset folders and creative files Requirements: • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Creative Lead, Design Lead or similar role • Strong portfolio showing digital marketing, branding and visual communication • Experience building or supporting brand identity, brand guidelines or style guides • Strong experience designing across multiple brands, products, markets or audiences • Ability to guide creative output and support a small design team • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Experience designing assets for social media, digital advertising, CRM, web and landing pages • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy and brand consistency • Ability to work with briefs, feedback and deadlines in a fast paced international environment • Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail Valued knowledge: • Experience within iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, FinTech, Affiliate Marketing or regulated industries • Experience designing for performance marketing and paid acquisition campaigns • Experience with multi language design, localization and market adaptation • Experience using Figma • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation or video design principles • Understanding of UX, UI and conversion focused design • Additional languages are an advantage What’s in it for you?
