An internationally recognised digital infrastructure developer is seeking a senior Campus EHS Lead to oversee health, safety and environmental leadership across a flagship hyperscale campus programme in the Nordics.

This is a client side leadership role focused on developer representation, long term asset stewardship and campus wide operational standards. It is not a contractor embedded position or a traditional project safety management role.

You will act as the senior EHS authority across a complex environment spanning major construction programmes, live operational infrastructure and long term campus expansion. The position carries significant visibility, influence and executive interaction across one of Europe’s most ambitious data infrastructure developments.

The Opportunity

• Lead campus wide EHS strategy on behalf of the developer and asset owner

• Drive standards, governance and contractor performance across multiple live workstreams

• Influence senior project, operational and delivery stakeholders across a high profile campus environment

• Operate with genuine authority around risk, escalation and safety intervention

• Help shape long term operational culture across a multi phase infrastructure development

• Represent the client in interactions with major contractors, regulatory bodies and key stakeholders

• Maintain strong on site visibility across both live operations and active construction activities

Hyperscale Data Centres and Mission Critical Assets

You will likely bring:

• Experience operating client side or developer side within major infrastructure environments

• Strong leadership presence and credibility with senior stakeholders and contractors alike

• Experience across both operational facilities and construction delivery environments

• A pragmatic and highly visible approach to safety leadership

• The ability to influence culture and standards at scale rather than simply administer compliance systems

Location

The role is based within the Nordics with relocation support available.

Scandinavian candidates are naturally of strong interest, however we are also open to speaking with exceptional individuals from across wider Europe and the UK who are motivated by long term relocation and campus leadership responsibility.
